Teeny Tigers: 4-6 Yrs.

Teeny Tigers & Tiny tigers: OUr Teeny/ Tiny Tigers class teaches Respect, discipline, listening skills, all while exercising,having fun, learning karate!  Light sparring, kata, and basics are practiced.

Koi-hi: ​Our Koi-hi class teaches Leadership skills, discipline, while allowing students to practice a more traditional form of shotokan karate. kata, light sparring, grappling, and tournament preparations are covered in this class.

Self Defense seminar

Our professionals are able to hold self defense seminars for any age group! We can host you and your group here at hsok or, if space is provided, we can come to you! help your friends, family, and employees feel safe and secure!
Hsok lock-ins

Need a Date Night? Want your kids to be supervised by responsible adults? then hsok lock-ins are for you and your family.  FUN. FUN. FUN. Let your kids spend the night, eating pizza, watching movies, and spending time with all their friends and their favorite instructors.  food and snacks are provided.  there will be no sparring.

Getting to spend a whole week outside, playing games, swimming, learning life skills, and taking field trips- that's what summer camp is all about!  join hsok instructors for a week of fun in the sun, all you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and positive attitude!

hsok afternoon fun klub (afk)

$5/DAY
AFK Is an after HEAP program (you don't have to attend HEAP to attend AFK), continuING thrOUGH Friday and the month after HEAP endS! 
Our goal, is to keep kids active and doing things kids should do, no video games, no computers-hence our "AFK (which stands for Away From Keyboard)". 
Cost is $5 per day. If you pay for a full week, AND your CHILD is ATTENDING HEAP, we will transport them to the dojo, so all you have to do is drop them off at HEAP in the morning and pick them up at dojo in the afternoon
​{lunch will be provided by HEAP}. 

hsok birthday Parties

$200 or $150 for all hsok students
It's your kids birthday, you could go out and spend money on limited time on trampolines and bounce houses...or you could host your child's birthday party at hsok!
20 kids, up to 2 hours. you provide the cake and food
$5 for any additional children, max of 30 kids.
we offer 2 hours of fun and excitement, with games centered around your child's party theme or by request.
